Today, I'm writing to you from one month ago in Dharamkot in North India. This quiet hill station is grounding me into South Asia. It's helping me prepare for an offline patch in the Himalayas.

4 us - 'showing up is enough'
Another yoga training message that's sinking in.
There are several iterations of this quote. Now I am starting to listen.
A habit I'm breaking is putting things off because I couldn't give it my all. There are cases where this can be true. Some pursuits need full attention.
I'm guilty of overusing this belief to disguise my perfectionism. Delaying things I love out of fear of performance. Choosing not to chase it because it might fail.
This message is reminding me of the beauty of being human. We are all imperfect. Every one of us is a work in progress. There's more resonance to the journey than the finished product.
It's okay to show up. To try and not achieve an outcome. To do something for the sake of doing something.
4 me - practice
444 is now one!
Practicing showing up monthly for a year is pushing myself creatively. It's showing the depth of things that can improve through repetition.
Am I talking about my writing? Not particularly.
This practice is helping me let go. To release what's within to connect with what's happening now.
It has given life to 21 pieces this past year. 16 more than the previous. My first two product launches. The latest supporting the traditions of a remote indigenous island.
It's a habit of taking something out of the mind to make space for others to exist. New, wonderful things are happening. Unexpected ones are within reach.
